Hello everyone,

by now, you’ve probably heard the official news about my move to a new role and company. I wanted to reach out personally to each of you, but as I’m currently on parental leave, I no longer have access to company systems to send messages directly.

So here I am, writing from my blog, because I didn’t want to leave without saying a proper goodbye.

Looking Back

Working with all of you has been an incredible experience. I’m truly proud of what we accomplished together last years:

  • The Windows 11 migration – Nearly 10,000 devices, ahead of schedule, with amazing results. That was pure teamwork, Kudos for all!
  • Our work on End User Productivity team – Every improvement we made, every challenge we solved, made a real difference in people’s daily work.
  • All the projects – CoreView, Zoho, Windows improvements, and countless others. Each one was a shared success.

BIG THANK YOU!

Special thanks to DWP Team Lead Jacob & Anshu, Koen, and Peter K – your support and guidance helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect. You shaped not just my work, but how I think and approach problems.

To everyone I worked with – thank you for the collaboration, the problem-solving sessions, the successes, and even the tough moments. We enjoyed this journey together, and I’ll carry those experiences with me.

What’s Next

My new role offers exciting opportunities for growth, and I’m looking forward to the challenge. But I also know I’m leaving behind something valuable -> great colleagues and meaningful work.

Since I’m on parental leave until January, this seemed like the right way to reach out and say thank you properly.

Stay in Touch

Let’s not lose contact:

I was proud to be part of this IT family.

Thank you for everything. All the best,

Michal
